Holly and Joe celebrated their marriage on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at the Historic Canfield Casino in Saratoga Springs, New York. We worked closely with this great family for several months to create an elegant Autumn-inspired menu for their dream wedding.
According to the official wedding photographer, Tom Wall,
"Holly & Joe's wedding day was nothing short of spectacular - one of those October days you dream about. The setting could hardly be better! We started at the Union Gables Inn on Union Ave. in Saratoga Springs, then headed over to Congress Park for photos. The ceremony was in the amazing Canfield Casino, followed by a spectacular reception. We wish Holly & Joe all the best!"
Their cocktail hour consisted of hand-crafted passed hors d'oeuvres, a chef attended smoked salmon station, a seafood bar and a Chardonnay cheese fondue station. An elegant sit-down dinner followed, with family style accompaniments. Dessert was a wedding cake with a recipe provided by the mother of the groom, mini chocolate- and- caramel-covered apples, and Saratoga Apple cider donuts to end the festivities.
