We have been selected in 2 categories, for 2 unique events, including:
1. Sustainability in Catering: Restaurant Associate’s Chef Event at Saratoga Auto Museum and Hall of Springs
2. Best On-Premise Catering: IOPS Holiday Party Weekend, "Flights of Fancy" at Albany Capital Center
3. Best On-Premise Catering: Restaurant Associate’s Chef Event at Saratoga Auto Museum and Hall of Springs
We are so proud of our team who puts their whole heart into making each and every event memorable for the client.
Our culinary team, with the help of many PRIME Dining team members, crafted unique menus that complimented the theme of both events. "Flights of Fancy" included French, Korean, Italian and American cuisines, as well as a wide selection of desserts from our in-house bakery. Staff favorites included Chicken Milanese, Korean Poke Bowls, Fried Chicken Drumettes with hot honey, and Open-Faced Italian Sandwiches with prosciutto, whipped black pepper ricotta, radicchio and fig syrup.
The RA Chef's Event Reception was held at the Hall of Springs. Beautiful outdoor displays included an oyster bar, amber firepits, Valencian paella, and a plancha station presented on large butcher block cutting boards. The menu included wood-roasted oysters, charred octopus, Faroe Island salmon, Kurobuta pork shoulder chop and mini apple and plum cobblers, to name a few.
Both events selected by the panel were fully designed by our in-house design team, including Manager of Event Design, Aimie Wockenfuss, and Event Design Assistant, Gabby Childrose.
Thank you to everyone who has made this possible, from the event planning process to day-of execution, to the team tasked with completing these applications and the many vendors who contributed to the success of these events!
Winners will be announced in late February 2025.
We are ecstatic to announce that we have been selected as a Finalist for the ACE Awards, a nationally recognized award by Catersource!
