Contemporary American cuisine highlighted by local and sustainable foods; sit down entrée options including a fresh salad bar, house-made soups and decadent desserts. Craft cocktails, local and imported beers, wines by the glass and bottle accompanied by proficient service make this an exceptional dining experience. $44.50 (+ tax and gratuity), per person. Alcoholic beverages and soda, not included. Coffee and iced tea, included.

A refreshed, all-inclusive al fresco dining experience with locally sourced, farm-to-table ingredients. Included is the tantalizing Tuscan table with offerings inspired by the chef's culinary whims and ingredient-driven foods that change daily. Also new for this season, is two chef-attended stations that will feature delicacies from carving boards to farmer’s garden classics to pastas and grains, in addition to a dessert station.
