We are thrilled to have Cat Montgomery as a Marketing Coordinator for Mazzone Hospitality.
Cat grew up locally in Glens Falls, New York, before going to school at Endicott College in the greater Boston area. While in college, she landed an internship in Social Media Marketing in Madrid, Spain, as well as studied at Florence University of the Arts in Italy. After college, she continued in social media, with blogging and regional advertising with Mannix Marketing. Her time in Italy made her gain interest in the hospitality industry which she clues to ultimately landing her with Mazzone Hospitality.
She is still inspired by a handful of marketers and social media influencers including “The Blonde Abroad.” It helped inspire her website “YoursTrulyCatTaylor.com” where she continues to sharpen her craft with cooking videos, blog posts, photography, among other content creation.
“I love cooking Italian food and still use cookbooks I picked up in Italy.” Like most of us at Mazzone, Cat loves good food. If you are looking for a local restaurant recommendation, she points to DeNatale’s in Hudson Falls. If you are coming over for Sunday dinner, her Pasta Carbonara is likely to be on the menu.
When not working, Cat loves listening to and performing her own music. She sings and plays guitar, and has performed at several restaurant venues around the region since she was the age of 14. Cat also loves being outdoors and camping in Maine with her family.
