We are thrilled to have Jillian Boyle as our new Marketing Coordinator for Mazzone Hospitality. Jillian is a foodie who brings a wide range of experience in food service operations and social media marketing to our team.
Graduating from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a degree in marketing, Jillian jumpstarted her career working for restaurants like Greystone Oyster Bar and Teca, as well as starting her own bartending business. She excels at social media management and digital marketing as she strives to learn every facet of the hospitality industry. She is no stranger to capturing photo and video content of upscale catering, whether it is a beach house wedding, an upscale office party, or international events.
Jillian was drawn to Mazzone by the quality of photography and video and is driven by high standards as well as the ongoing “Food as Art” trend in the industry.
Her time living abroad in Italy, traveling through Ireland and the Caribbean, as well as her time stateside, being born in Iowa, and up and down the east coast have only grown her love of food, marketing and hospitality. Her dying wish meal would be a Crispy Rice Ahi Tuna Stack (as made famous by Nobu) from a seaside spot in Jupiter Florida.
When not working in and around food, you can find Jillian snowboarding at Gore Mountain, playing guitar and singing, and exploring the new-to-her upstate New York.
