The Kenmore Ballroom
Built between 1876 and 1878, the historic Kenmore Hotel was one of the finest hotels in Albany, NY. The ballroom hosted such legends as Frank Sinatra, Benny Goodman, and Cab Calloway. The new Kenmore Ballroom is a modern setting of remarkable luxury, warmth and elegance with architectural details that lean towards the 1920's and 30's in attitude and aesthetic. The centerpiece of the 15,000 square foot space is the breathtaking grand staircase descending from a generously sized mezzanine level to a parquit covered ballroom fitted with natural colors and soft lighting. The lounge is a sophisticated space with a 26-foot quartz and leather bar, comfortable club chairs and sofas. There is access to a rooftop terrace with spectacular views of Downtown Albany and the Hudson River.
