Kayla grew up in the Finger Lakes but moved to Saratoga her junior year of high school where she began working for Mazzone Hospitality. She bought into the industry "hook, line, and sinker." She was awarded the Angelo Mazzone Scholarship to Schenectady County Community College where she received an associate degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. She continues to be a champion of Mazzone with 12 years of experience under her belt. She is vegetarian and loves Mexican and Italian cuisine. She loves seeing "quiet hospitality" when she dines out. This is service that makes sure the patron has everything they want, without being over the top. She highly recommends Wildflowers at Turning Stone Casino as well as eating your way through Italy.
