Tim Vennard, Vice President of Mazzone Hospitality, joined the company in 2009 as an Executive Chef/Manager for Golub Corporate Offices and was promoted to General Manager for the GLOBALCAFE at Global Foundries in 2011. In the summer of 2013, Tim was promoted to Operations Director for PRIME Dining, where he soon after accepted the position of Vice President. As president of the PRIME Dining division, Tim oversaw over 30 million dollars in food service business annually. His prior experiences include Nicole’s Bistro, The Desmond Hotel, and Normanside Country Club and the Sturbridge Host Hotel and Conference Center. In 2023, Tim was promoted to Vice President of Mazzone Hospitality, and now oversees both the catering division and PRIME Dining division of the business.
Tim prides himself in anticipating client needs and growing the PRIME brand with industry leading partners . Tim is a SUNY Schenectady County Community College graduate with dual degrees in AOS Culinary Arts and AAS Hotel Restaurant Management. In addition, Tim is the recipient of the Albany Business Review's "40 Under 40" and SUNY Schenectady Advisory Board member.
When not overseeing business operations, Tim spends his time with family at their lakeside retreat in the Berkshires.
